I am proposing 927 West Broadway be turned into a mixed use development. This development could satisfy multiple community demands. For example, the first floor could be commercial space such as an international market, fitness space, or a restaurant. Meanwhile, the second and third floor could operate as an apartment/condo living space or a bed and breakfast (small inn).
