Youth Trade Education Center

An education center focused on teaching community youth the basics of tools and machining to get them interested in following a career in the trades. When kids are introduced to the basics of hard work utilizing your hands, it's far easier to transition into an apprenticeship with a local union and get a good paying job in the trades. This builds wealth in the community while also providing a vital influx of workers to an industry that is rapidly losing its primarily older workers without incurring massive college debt for the student.
