Urban Farming

There are several existing organizations in Saint Paul dedicated to urban farming. This site could allow the extension of one of their missions or be used as the basis for a new organization. The beautiful view and high visibility of the site could help raise awareness of urban farming as a form of land reuse, as well as the benefits of locally grown food. The produce grown there could be sold at the nearby Mississippi Market or one of the many small businesses/restaraunts in the area.
