Urban Inn

We don't have any hotels or temporary lodging on the Northside where we can refer our out-of-town guests to stay. It would be great if 927 West Broadway was turned into an inn (something between a B&B and hotel). The upper floors could be private lodging while the ground floor could house a cafe and a spa that would cater to guests staying at the inn and to Northsiders in general.
